General conditions
Your satisfaction and safety is our top priority. Therefore, we have summarized some basic rules governing the use of our website.
SkateMate reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Payment Options

We offer payment solutions via Stripe (should all payment options be included here?).

Your order – Private individual
Your order will be processed within one to two working days after you have placed the order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

The prices listed next to each product are in SKR, Euro or USD excluding any national shipping charges. Shipping fees are calculated and applied before you confirm your order. Prices include VAT. We do not take responsibility for any customs duties outside the EU.

Your order – Companies
Your order will be processed within 1-4 working days depending on whether your company is a new or existing customer.

Unfortunately, the shipping cost will not appear on the order confirmation but will be added afterwards.

As we strive to keep costs down, we try to find the cheapest and best option for you as a customer.

Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery time
We do our very best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. See below for approximate delivery time:

  • Nordic countries: 2-5 days

  • Europe: 2-7 days

  • North America: 5-10 days

  • Rest of the world: 5-15 days

In the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail, you will find your order number. Save this so that we can give you prompt service in the unlikely event of any complications with your order.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over 350 SEK.
If you order less than that, there is a shipping fee of 29 SEK. See fees below. We do not take responsibility for any charges outside the EU.

Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes levied when your package reaches your country. We ship your package under Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be, please contact your local customs office for more information.

We photograph all products with the aim of depicting the product as accurately as possible. However, as computer screens and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the product you see on the screen is identical to the physical product. However, in most cases the difference is barely noticeable.

Our website works with most browsers. If you encounter any problems, we recommend that you try Google Chrome or Safari.

In order for you to make a purchase of our products, your browser must allow cookies. These cookies are small text-based data files that are temporarily stored on your hard drive to enable the technical framework of our website to function (for example, cookies ensure that the contents of your shopping cart do not disappear while you are browsing the website). Our cookies do not save any personal information about you.

Personal information
As part of your order, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. This information will not be sent to third parties.

Returns and exchanges
Under the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned products must be unused with labels still attached and in unbroken packaging. When you return or exchange your products, you pay the shipping costs for your return yourself. As soon as we have received the products, we will, according to your request, send you new products or give you a full refund. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. We do not take responsibility for products lost during return shipping.

To return or exchange products
Contact us at and tell us your order number, which products you wish to return and the reason why. Then wait for our instructions. If you do not contact us before returning your products, you run the risk of not receiving a refund or being entitled to an exchange.

For damaged or faulty goods, or if we have sent the wrong goods, complaints must be made within 14 days. You get a new product or your money back. Contact customer services for more information.

Return procedure:
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by email. Email our
customer service for information on your specific return conditions. When exchanging or returning goods, you bear the transport risk and pay the return shipping costs. If we have shipped the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping costs.

We do not deliver items that are not fully franked.

We are responsible for any shipping damage between our warehouse and your delivery point. If you discover any damage when you receive the package, report it at your delivery point. If you only see the damage when you open the package, report it to us by email to

When returning to SkateMate, you are responsible for the transportation risk. Be sure to pack the goods properly, using the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging similar to the one in which the goods were delivered to you. Go to your nearest post office and return your goods. Remember that you pay the shipping costs. SkateMate will not redeem packages that are sent on a prepaid basis.

Transport damage
If the packaging or goods are damaged on receipt of the delivery, we would like you to note this in writing with the carrier on the delivery note you sign. Describe the damage and ask the carrier for a signature. You must always save the packaging so that the damage can be inspected. Contact customer services for more information.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors, lack of information or incorrect specifications on this website. This also applies to the images, which can only be considered to be for illustrative purposes.
